Op. Dr. Ferhat Ilen completed his secondary education in Adana Science High School and his university education in Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, and then completed his specialization training in Istanbul.

He became a specialist in the field of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. He received training abroad in England and Italy.
