It wasn’t an easy decision for another rhinoplasty as after the first one I was left with blocked collapsing misshaped nose that left me traumatised for years to come. Took me 10 years to get over it and made a step toward normal looking Me. Did some research and decided for a trip to meet not known by me or friends, Dr.Ferhat in Istanbul and that was my lottery win!!! I was very sceptical having somewhere in back of my head the bad experience from the past but meeting Dr for the first time I realised he was a truly passionate Dr who really wants to help!!!
I could see his passion in his eyes when he was checking out my nose before surgery, clearly explaining it wasn’t an easy case as the nose was basically collapsing from every side but also gave me hope that we could use my rib cartridge to re-built my nose. I was shocked but at the same time I said to him: dr do your magic, you are the artist here! I fully trusted him.

Where do I start with Dr Ferhat! His technique, work ethic, professionalism and friendly demeanour is unparalleled which is why he is, in my opinion, the best surgeon I have encountered (and believe me I’ve met many!)
As soon as I had the consultation with him over the phone, he instantly put me at ease and made me feel reassured. He suggested that we make subtle changes, but the key goal was ensuring facial harmony and a natural result!
I had been looking for years to get my Rhinoplasty done because of breathing issues but hadn’t found the right Doctor that made me feel comfortable about the entire process until I was introduced to Dr Ferhat Ilen. We did the consultation virtually due to me living in SoCal. I then headed to Istanbul for the surgery. Everything went smooth like butter! 🙂
On the 2nd day post-surgery I was out and about strolling through the beautiful streets of Istanbul. I had zero pain and no bleeding post-surgery. I love my new nose and most importantly I am happy to be able to breathe again. I would definitely recommend Dr Ferhat Ilen and his team. He is the King of Rhinoplasty!!
He had surgery for exactly 20 days. I had panting and nasal bridge, the tip was too much. I have stated that I have a natural nose, which is appropriate, and that I am complaining about the complaints. It stays as long as you want, and to taste a lot of things by giving those profile poses that I couldn’t give until waiting 🙂 I have a lot of friends in my close circle and I was very scared for those who were raised with this process with bruises and swelling. However, I have never been bruised, my edema and swelling will be at the minimum level it should be. I spend it very clean and transforming quickly. It’s really great to be a good doctor. 2, I have a bruise in the day after my surgery half a month ago. I’ve never had any of these bruises. In this way, we become even happier when things are successful. I can notice my progress day by day. Thanks to the hands of Ferhat’s teacher 🙂
I just had my rhinoplasty done with dear doctor Ferhat, like 3 weeks ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m so happy that I chose him as my doctor. It was very important to me to choose a doctor who specializes in noses, listens to me and my wishes and gives me a natural finish…and let me just say I found that in doctor Ferhat!
I’m so happy with my rhinoplasty! Even though it was still very swollen I’ve gotten so many compliments since week 1 post-surgery. The surgery and recovery went so smoothly and comfortably. Not at all like the usual rhinoplasty stories you hear. I had zero pain.
